02 / Brief
Challenge
Introduce ThirdLove's first physical retail experience, a four-store launch across Northern and Southern California (San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Newport Beach, and Los Angeles), with a campaign that translated a digital-first brand into one cohesive, omnichannel opening moment.
Key Design Solution
Built a modular campaign system spanning email, landing pages, storefront signage, print collateral, and voucher assets while preserving ThirdLove's approachable, inclusive brand identity.
Creative Role
Led campaign design across digital and physical touchpoints, translating growth goals into a system that could flex from high-traffic storefront moments to conversion-focused email and landing-page modules.

05 / Action
Brand System in Action
The campaign worked because every asset behaved like part of the same launch system, not a separate mini project.
Physical System
Developed signage and visual merchandising assets to align the physical launch with the digital experience. The campaign language carried across storefront windows, A-frame signage, event flyers, and voucher collateral.
Digital Experience
Landing page, mobile, and email components translated the same launch story into shoppable digital moments, moving customers from awareness to action with consistent hierarchy and tone.

06 / Outcome
Impact
One focused campaign system carried all four store openings as a single coordinated brand moment, not four isolated launches or a set of disconnected deliverables.
Weekend sales lift across the four-store opening campaign.
Launch-weekend revenue across all four store openings, NorCal to SoCal.
Created a visual foundation that could inform future store marketing and omnichannel launch moments.
What I Learned
This project sharpened how I design under constraint: fewer assets, tighter timelines, and more touchpoints. The strongest work came from treating every deliverable as part of one campaign architecture. It taught me to lead with the system first, then let each asset carry its role with clarity.
